The Nusuk process, in plain words.
What happens at each stage of Nusuk Hajj registration and booking, and where we help.
1. Open the official site
Go to hajj.nusuk.sa. Check the address carefully; never use links sent by strangers.
2. Create your account
Register with your email and set a password. Never share your Nusuk password or one-time codes with anyone, including us.
3. Complete the application
Enter passport and personal details for each pilgrim and upload the documents and photos requested.
4. Verification
Wait for your eligibility to be verified. Keep checking your email and Nusuk notifications.
5. Activate and fund the e-wallet
Activate the Nusuk e-wallet and top it up before sale day, so the payment is ready when packages open.
6. Choose our package
When packages open, search the agency code HSR, choose your package and pay inside Nusuk.
7. Confirmation and visa
After payment and approval your Hajj visa is issued. We then prepare you through seminars until departure.
