Hajj packages explained

Shifting, zones, camps: what the words mean.

Nusuk packages differ by stay, hotel zone, Mina camp, room type and length. Here is each choice in a sentence or two.

Non-shifting

One Makkah hotel before and after the Hajj days. Less packing and moving, often preferred by elderly and first-time pilgrims.

Shifting

A stay close to the Mashair (Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah) during Hajj days, plus a second hotel near the Haram before or after.

Zones A–D

Zone A overlooks the Haram’s courtyards; Zone B is walkable a little further out; Zone C is the largest, usually with shuttles; Zone D sits near the Mashair.

Mina camps

Camps differ by distance to the Jamarat and tent comfort. Our 2026 groups used Majar Al Kabsh (Platinum) and Al Muaisim.

Room types

Prices are per bed: a bed in a single, double, triple or quadruple room.

Madinah first

Arriving via Madinah is calmer than the Jeddah Hajj terminal, gives days for seminars, and lets pilgrims enter ihram at Dhul Hulayfah.
