Questions

Asked every week, answered plainly.

General

Can I book Hajj on this website?

No. For UK residents Hajj is booked and paid only on the official Nusuk platform. We pre-register you, run a free weekly seminar and help at every Nusuk step; you then choose our packages inside Nusuk with the agency code HSR.

What is included in an Umrah package?

Return group flights, transfers, the hotels named on each departure, breakfast and dinner, a group imam throughout, a pre-Umrah seminar, a frequency headset and accompanied extra Umrahs. Each departure page lists what is included and what is not.

Who leads the group?

Every departure is led by a named imam who travels with the group from London or Manchester and leads the rites, seminars and ziyarah.

Can I visit you before paying?

Please do. Our office is on the first floor of Suleymaniye Mosque, 212–216 Kingsland Road, London E2 8AX, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

Do you take children and elderly pilgrims?

Yes. Children aged 2–11 and infants have reduced prices, and our imams travel with many first-time and elderly pilgrims. Tell us about mobility needs before booking so we can plan honestly.

Umrah

How does the price work?

Prices are per person and depend on the room: twin, triple or quad. Children aged 2–11 pay 35% less without a bed, and infants under two pay a flat £380. The journey page calculates the total as you choose.

What if our group does not fill a room?

If, say, three adults choose a quad room, the remaining bed is usually shared with a pilgrim of the same gender, or the office suggests another room type. Nothing is decided without asking you.

Can I pay online?

Online payment is being prepared. Until it opens, reserve by WhatsApp, phone or at our office; your seat and price are confirmed in writing.

Madinah first or Makkah first?

Both are offered. Arriving in Madinah is calmer and leaves time for seminars before ihram at Dhul Hulayfah; arriving in Jeddah means ihram is entered before landing and Umrah is performed on the first day.

Hajj and Nusuk

Why can’t I pay you directly for Hajj?

Since 2023, pilgrims from the UK and other eligible countries book Hajj through the Saudi Nusuk platform. Packages, quotas and payment all live there. Any company asking you to transfer Hajj money to its own account should be questioned.

When do Nusuk packages open?

In recent years packages were released around mid-February, after registration and verification. Dates are set by the Saudi authorities; we announce them on our WhatsApp channel and Friday seminar.

How much should I put in my Nusuk e-wallet?

Enough for the package band you want, before sale day, so the purchase is not delayed. We go through this at the seminar; the 2027 bands below are our current guide prices.
